Refund Policy for Namita Public School

This refund policy (the “Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for refund requests made by individuals enrolled at Namita Public School (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) under the agreement with AT THE WORLD E-EDUCATION & SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS PVT. LTD (referred to as “the Company”). Please read this Policy carefully before requesting a refund. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.

1.      Admission Fee: The admission fee paid at the time of enrollment is non-refundable. Once paid, the admission fee is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

2.      Monthly Fee: a. In the event that monthly fees are paid more than once within a given month, the additional payment(s) will be considered as an advance payment for the subsequent month(s). b. If a student wishes to discontinue the course or withdraw, the advance payment made for future months will be refunded, subject to the conditions mentioned in this Policy.

3.      Scholarship Exam Registration Form: For scholarship exam registration forms, a refund of 70% of the registration fee will be provided upon cancellation or withdrawal. The remaining 30% will be retained as an administrative fee.

4.      Teacher Recruitment Fees: The fees paid for teacher recruitment are non-refundable. Once paid, the teacher recruitment fees are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

5.      Refund Processing Time: a. We strive to process refund requests promptly. Refunds will generally be processed within 14 working days from the date the refund request is approved. b. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used during the initial transaction, unless otherwise specified.

6.      Refund Request Process: a. To request a refund, please contact our support team via email or phone using the contact details provided below. b. You may be required to provide relevant information, such as proof of payment or any other documentation, to facilitate the refund process. c. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be made at our discretion.
